How To Get The Best Possible Cooling

For the coldest possible air and system durability, use the "Max A/C" or "Recirculate" button. This mode offers up to 10 degrees better cooling than normal.
When you first turn your air on, have it in normal or outside air mode. This will exhaust the air in the car that is actually hotter than outside. After a few minutes, switch it "Max" or "Recirculate". Max a/c actually recirculates interior air instead of bringing in fresh air. As the air in the car cools down, it will become increasingly cooler; thus, the pressures, generated within the system, decrease. This lighter load increases the life of compressors and hoses. You will be more comfortable and your a/c system will last longer.
